Calphalon Anodized Cookware is 5 ⭐️

Calphalon Anodized Cookware is another great brand I use for my daily Indian / Chinese, French , Hispanic,Italian & Fusion Cooking , I experiment and cook to perfection for Dear Family & Friends ❣️
Calphalon has been in my kitchen for year & years ..
Truly can vouch for it 🥰

Customer service is virtually nonexistent

Customer service is virtually non existent. I returned a pan and was forced to pay for the $15 shipping myself. It has been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund. I have called multiple times and they always say that they “need to consult with the financing department.” I’m starting to think there is no such thing. They said they received my return and that I would get my refund. Then they said that they actually did not have my package and that they would need to investigate. Do not buy directly from the company’s website!!

I got a Calphalon espresso Machine

I got a Calphalon espresso Machine. It was not working from the shelf. I contacted customer online and I got a response in less then 24 hours asking for photos and a video (so I sent them) the next e-mail they said they would like me to send them the machine so they can see what was wrong and they sent me a pre-paid label to send it to them; I sent it off the next day.. 5 days it took to get to it’s destination we got an email on the 6th day saying they were trying to locate the Same machine that you had so we can replace the one you sent to us. One day later they sent me a email stating that they could not find the same one (but they were willing to send me an upgraded machine or $400 to cover the cost of another one) we chose the upgrade and it is set to be here tomorrow. It’s been a total of 10 days. In my opinion there customer survice is great; and will be willing to buy from them again

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They DO NOT stand behind their warranty and have the WORST customer service! I have life-time warranty pots and pans, opened up a warranty and sent them in and only received 1 pan back, after 3 months. and customer service via email, their website, phone, corporate,...doesn't respond. I have even opened up a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and STILL not any follow up from this company. Despicable!

Customer service is no service at all...

I own approximately $1,500 worth of their products; nearly the entire line of the Space saving pots and pans etc. We sent them pictures of a pan which warped. They asked for more pictures. We sent more including every set we owned in order to establish we are truly customers. Now months later nothing from them. If I could return every one of the items I would. It's NOT a life time warranty when you ask a customer when they purchased the item... and you might think it's good business to never respond to customers needs or replace one single item... Trust me, it is not. With every cooking class we attend I will warn people not to buy their products....NEVER AGAIN

Just plain horrible!

I recently purchased the double "oil infused" small fry pan set from Kohls. Let me tell you, these things are GARBAGE! These are supposed to be non stick. I purchased whole sets in the past and they are pretty good pans. The "new" stuff is nothing like the Hard Anodized cookeware, but just as expensive. Making fried eggs in them with oil added, we a true fail. These eggs looked nothing like fried eggs when I finally got the pried them from the pan. I'm done with this brand as nothing half the price can be this bad!

Same as everyone else ...

Same as everyone else .... NEVER should bought a Calphalon pan. Not even worth 1/3rd of the money. And WORST customer service I ever seen. Literally.

I bought a BRAND NEW pan, opened box, and there was a bad weld on a rivet. The metal literally leaked out on top of cooking surface. Making pan unusuable.

So far, been 21 days... had to send 4 sets of pictures. Then pictures with case number ... then a long form letter about how it was used (it wasn’t. It was literally brand new). The silence. Haven’t heard back in two weeks. Can’t call. They won’t respond. I’m out $120 for worst pan I’ve ever bought.

Never buy from this company, ever. MUCH better options out there.

Calphalon Recalled My $400 Knife Set and Won't Replace or Respond

Calphalon recalled the contemporary knife set where the handled breaks. They told me to mail them back and they would mail me new ones. After I mailed them back they said they don't me they don't have any knife sets to send me and said they are on back-order. However, they are selling similar knife sets on their website. Now I have no knives to cook with. I told customer service to refund me or send me back my old ones and they are no longer responding to me. I paid 400 for those of knives so to me this is theft.

Calphalon: NO!

So, after 20 years of owning Calphon full sets plus, and using their warranty over the years with no issues, they have devolved into a company that can't shoot straight. My wok, the most well used of all, has failed and is flaking off toxic particles, sticking, and useless. In the past, I have called them, they provide a ret\urn umber, I return it and they send me a new one. After 3 months of continued email (they no longer accept calls, CoVid precautions (?)) they keep promising "a response soon, they are overwhelmed with emails". Nothing. Crickets. Until the letter below arrived. I will not even list the thing they wanted me to show them. I completed the list, sent photos......nothing. If you notice, the letter has no email, no phone, nothing but a "case Number which seems to trigger nothing from them. Hire some damned people to answer phones from home and field returns and service your customer base. I'm shopping for a whole new line of cookware. Any suggestions out there????

Calphalon horrible set

I bought from this company on their website a Calphlalon signature stainless steel cookware set, very nice their commercials but horrible the set after using it, stained and everything sticks, when you write they take the time of the world to respond, sign of that customers are not interested in, if you are reading this and it helps you not to buy it, you will be happier than if you buy it,,I published my opinion on the Calphalon website and they sent me an email saying that my review was not acceptable ,,, this is how the Communists act, everything at their convenience
